I have started learning Tai Chi Chuan, today... :D
It is a Chinese Martial Art. The school being followed is Yang Style.
I am studying in S.P.A.C.E, Centre for Human Resource Development & Management.

The practise in not aggressive, but very slow and calm. It relaxes the whole body.
I thought of studying Tai Chi sometime back, but dropped it. But now, I am becoming fat. No exercise, always sitting in front of PC. I thought, something need to be done, and the best way will be this. After one session itself, I am feeling lighter :)
